Delivery Policy

Fulfilment

Orders are prepared from our UAE facility. Cut lengths and in-stock items are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom, dyed or made-to-order fabrics follow the timeline agreed on the quotation.

UAE delivery

Delivery within the UAE is arranged through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timeframes typically range from 1–4 business days after dispatch depending on the emirate and order size.

Pickup

Customers are welcome to arrange pickup from our facility during business hours (Mon – Sat, 9:00 – 19:00 GST). Please coordinate with our team in advance.

Export & GCC shipments

Export and re-export shipments are handled case by case. Please share the destination, quantity and any documentation requirements at the enquiry stage so we can confirm freight terms and cost.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on order size, weight and destination. Charges are quoted before dispatch and confirmed on the invoice.

Delays

Delays caused by logistics partners, customs or force-majeure events are outside our control. We will communicate any expected delay as soon as possible.
