WAHAT AL SALAM TEXTILE TRADING L.L.C aims to supply every order accurately. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued.
Faulty or damaged goods
If fabric arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from what was quoted, notify us within 3 business days of receipt with photos and the invoice reference. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, credit or refund of the affected quantity.
Cut, dyed and custom orders
Cut lengths, dyed-to-order fabrics, custom prints and made-to-order rolls are non-returnable unless the fabric is faulty.
Colour and batch variation
Minor variation in colour, weave and finish between production batches is normal for textiles and does not qualify for refund. Where strict colour matching is required, this must be confirmed on a physical swatch at the quotation stage.
How to request a refund
Email info@wahatalsalamtextiles.com with the invoice number, order date, product details and photos. Our team will confirm the outcome within 5 business days.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit, at the customer's preference.
